Pet Policy
At Ranch at Hudson Xing, your four-legged family members are welcome home too, with an on-site bark park made for playtime and sniffing around. Step just beyond the gates to the trails and green space of Gabe Nesbitt Community Park for even more room to roam together.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
